FRANCHISSE EMPLOYEE TRAINING PROGRAMS
The franchiser, [Name of the franchiser], and the franchisee, [Name of the franchisee], as set forth in their franchise agreement on [Date of the agreement] and as witnessed by [Name of the witness], have agreed to the following additional terms and conditions:
The franchiser shall employ at least [Number of training sites] training sites to be used by franchisees staff and new hires. These training sites may be operational business locations where training can be termed on the job and will be supervised by experienced management teams and experienced employees. Any one enrolled in the training program will receive as compensation and will shared by franchiser and franchisee in the following manner: [Terms and conditions of payment].
Any expenses incurred by training will be handled in the following manner:[Terms and conditions of expenses].
